Dinner will be served at 5:00pm followed by the awards from 5:30-6:30 approx.
The AGM will follow from 7:00-8:00pm.
Attached is a letter from the President, Agenda and executive officer nomination forms.
Meeting packages will be available for those in attendance.
The nomination period is open and closes at the time of the meeting.
