Please note that the middle distance group will be practicing at Mission Creek Greenway from 11am-12:30pm so that Omar has time to get there after coaching JD’s at Chute Lake. Omar will be coaching this group today while coach Rob is at the Jesse Bent meet in Coquitlam.
The group will meet at the picnic table beside the main washrooms off of Springfield and Durnin!
