FALL 2023 TRAINING SCHEDULE


CROSS COUNTRY:

Senior -Monday, September 11 to Monday, October 30

Mondays & Fridays – 5:00-6:30pm

Saturdays – 10:30-11:30am (Depending on coach availability) *Emailed workout will be provided if a coach is not available

 

Location for Senior – Most practices will be held at Mission Creek Greenway, however, efforts will be made to change the Monday locations for variety and to preview and train the weekly High School race courses.

 

TRACK & FIELD:

Track Rascals – Monday, September 18 to Monday, October 25

Mondays & Wednesdays – 4:30-5:30pm at the Apple Bowl

JD – Monday, September 18 to Monday, October 30/Wednesday, March 6 (Fall Only or Full Season)

Mondays & Wednesdays – 4:00-5:30pm at the Apple Bowl

Senior Power/Speed + Middle Distance – Monday, September 18 to Monday, October 30/Wednesday, March 6 (Fall Only or Full Season)

Power/Speed – Mondays + Wednesdays – 5:30-7:30pm and Saturdays – 10:00am-12:00pm at the Apple Bowl

Power/Speed Supplemental Training – Thursdays – 5:30-7:00pm at the Apple Bowl

 Middle Distance – Mondays + Wednesdays – 5:30-7:00pm and Saturdays – 10:00am-11:30pm (Saturdays are dependant on coach availability) *Emailed workout will be provided if a coach is not available at the Apple Bowl
