Track Rascals: Monday/Wednesday beginning Mon/Wed April 11th/13th until Mon/Wed June 27/29th  

Junior Development: Wednesday April 6th until Wednesday July 13th

Power/Speed & Middle Distance: Wednesday April 6th until Wednesday August 3rd  

Supplemental Training: Thursday April 14th until Thursday July 28th

Training Venues:

All groups will train at the Apple Bowl unless otherwise notified
